The Start Ride fee
Our service price, fixed and public: PFA Ready 399 lei, SRL Ready 849 lei, and SRL Ready + Transport Manager 1.449 lei. It covers consulting, document preparation and checks, file structuring and ARR guidance. You pay an advance at contract signing and the rest when the file is submitted to ONRC.
Official fees — ONRC and ARR
Paid directly to the institutions, not to Start Ride: ONRC registration costs about 152 lei (PFA or SRL), the ARR alternative transport authorization costs 300 lei, the certified copy for each car costs 100 lei/year, and the two badges 8 lei. The criminal record is free online at e-gov.ro. Official tariffs may be updated by the authorities — we confirm them in your offer.
Third-party costs — only if you need them
If you set up an SRL without a transport manager certificate, the law requires a transport manager. In the SRL Ready + Transport Manager package, the manager's fee for the first year is already included in the price — from year 2 it costs 900 lei/year. If you don't have a registered office address, we intermediate hosting through our partner for 847 lei/year, in 36 cities across Romania. A PFA working from home needs neither.
