How much does it cost and what's included?+
Fixed, transparent prices per package: PFA Ready 399 lei, SRL Ready 849 lei, SRL Ready + Transport Manager 1,449 lei, and Transport Manager for an existing SRL 900 lei/year. The price includes consultancy, preparing and checking the paperwork, structuring and filing the file, and guidance on the ARR steps. You pay a deposit when signing the contract, and the rest when the file is submitted to ONRC. No hidden costs.
What official fees are added?+
On top of the Start Ride price, you pay the official fees directly: ONRC — about 152 lei. For ARR authorization, the published tariffs are: 300 lei to issue the alternative transport authorization, 100 lei/year for the certified copy, and 8 lei for the two badges. Where applicable, you may also have background checks, the driver certificate, electronic signature, registered office and share capital (for SRL). Official tariffs may change — we confirm them in your offer before you start.
How long does the whole process take?+
On average 10–14 business days from a complete file. The ARR authorization has its own timeline at the authority, added separately — we estimate it in your offer.
What documents do I need?+
Essentially, your ID card — we prepare all the paperwork based on it. Verification is done remotely, via a secure link, with no in-person visits. For transport you also need the professional driver certificate (we guide you if you're still obtaining it).
PFA or SRL — which fits me?+
It depends on your revenue, costs and how much control you want. A PFA is simpler and cheaper to run; an SRL limits your liability and gives more control, but requires a transport manager for ARR. We ask a few quick questions and recommend the option that fits your situation — without pushing you toward the more expensive package.
Can I set up the company 100% online, even from abroad?+
Yes. The whole process is online — no trips to the notary or the Trade Register. You sign electronically, remotely. You can set it up from any country, as long as you have a valid ID.
Where do I set the registered office? What if I don't have one?+
The registered office can be at any address in Romania, with the owner's consent. If you don't have one, we arrange a registered office nationwide — 42 addresses across 36 cities and 34 counties, including all sectors of Bucharest. It's a service provided by a partner, which we facilitate.
Do I need a transport manager or a certificate for ARR?+
For ARR authorization with a certified copy on an SRL, you need a transport manager with a certificate of professional competence. If you don't have one, we provide the solution in the SRL Ready + Transport Manager package or separately. The professional driver certificate is required for you as a driver — if you're still obtaining it, we guide you.
What do I do after setup to start on Uber or Bolt?+
You'll need: a business bank account, an accountant, the ARR authorization with certified copy and badge for the car, and registration on the platform. We guide you through each step and, if you want, recommend partners for accounting.
Do you offer accounting services?+
Not directly — we handle the company setup and the administrative side. You work with your own accountant, or we recommend a trusted partner.
