Do you offer accounting services?+
No. We prepare the administrative process and documents, and the client can work with their own accountant. We are not an accounting firm and do not offer accounting or authorized tax services.
Can I choose between PFA and SRL?+
Yes. The qualification form helps us understand your situation and recommend the right package. If you're not sure, we help you understand the practical differences for alternative transport activity.
Is the transport manager available for SRL?+
Yes, we have a legally validated transport manager solution available in the SRL Ready + Transport Manager package. This includes the documents for the manager relationship and support for the ARR file.
Do you guarantee ARR approval?+
We cannot guarantee authority decisions, as these belong exclusively to ARR. We help you prepare and verify documents according to available information, but final approval depends on the authorities.
What costs are not included in packages?+
Official fees at ONRC/ARR, accounting services, permits, background checks, transport certificate, electronic signature, notary costs, share capital and registered address are covered separately by the client.
I already have a PFA or SRL — can you help?+
Yes. If you already have an entity and want to authorize it for alternative transport or need support for ARR/transport manager steps, contact us and we'll discuss your specific situation.
How long does the process take?+
It depends on how quickly documents are obtained and official timelines at ONRC/ARR. We structure the process so you don't waste time on unnecessary steps or wrong documents.
How do I pay?+
Payment details are discussed after completing the qualification form and confirming the chosen package. We'll send you a clear offer with everything that is included and everything that is not.
